Dissolving the Association

If the Board deems the Association is no longer capable of fulfilling its purposes, it may invite the General Assembly to consider dissolving it, The Association dissolving decision may not be adopted without at least the majority of tow thirds of the General Assembly members. The General Assembly appoints, upon issuance of the dissolving decision, a liquidator who undertakes calculating the Association's equities and honoring its commitments. All the Association's funds, after dissolving, are redeemed by the Chamber of Commerce Union for purpose of expenditure in areas of supporting commercial bonds between Syria and Canada.
