The Association's Branches

 

The Association may establish branches which have independent5 legal identity when declared. The right to establish an undeclared branch in confined to the area where the Association is active as per this herein system. The undeclared branch is established as per a decision from the Board at the approval of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, and the General Assembly. The branch Administrative Committee is thereinafter appointed also by the Board. Each of the Association's branches are subject in term of activities to the provisions of the herein system. A branch may not amend its system concerning its commitments to the Association, nor regarding to the general policy and guidelines without the Association's approval. Each branch must forward to the Association a copy of its system along with a list of its board members, an annual report of activities and its financial status. The branch general assembly meeting must convene at least one month prior to meeting of the Association General Assembly in order for the latter to discuss the branch affairs in its annual report. Upon dissolving of any of the Association's branches, all the funds are thereinafter redeemed by the Association.
