The Association's Finance

The Association Financial resources are:
1. Subscription fees
2. membership Fees
3. Donations, Assistances, Grants and wills.
4. Other Board approved resources.
5. Special donation and aids that need approval of the Ministry of Social Affairs and labor.
Subscription fees are set at 75.000 S.P. for a founding member, 25.000 S.P. for an associated member, 10.000 S.P. as an annual subscription fee. The annual subscription fees are paid at least one month prior the expiry of the Association's fiscal year. The Association's fiscal year commence on the first of January, and expires on the end of December of each year. The aforementioned may be an amended as per a decision from the Board at the approval of the Ministry of Social affairs and Labor.
The Treasure maintains some cash money decided by the Board as petty cash. No bank deposited funds of the Association may be withdrawn wiyhout a decision from the Board. No association funds are released without a cashier order signed by the Association's Chairman and Treasure. The association's fund may not be spent except for fulfilling its purposes.
