STEP - SYCAB Agreement
Commercial Agreement
Whereas, STEP, is a non profit association incorporated in Saskatchewan / Canada under a Canadian provincial chart. Whereas, STEP, is in the business promotion of commercial, industrial and financial relations between Canada and world wide exporters. Whereas, SYCAB is a non profit association incorporated in Damascus / Syria and engaged in the business of promotion of commercial, industrial and financial relations between Syria and Canada in Syria. Whereas, SYCAB is committed to contribute in improving and enhancing joint commercial, economic, financial, educational cultural relations between Syria and Canadian business community and Whereas, SYCAB and STEP desire to cooperate with each other in the business of promoting the relations between Canada and Syria under the terms and conditions set forth below. Agreement Now, therefore, in consideration of mutual promises and covenants set forth herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and intending to be legally bound, the parties agree as follows: 1. SYCAB and STEP agree to participate in an ongoing special program ( the "Program") for a period of these (3) years from the date this agreement is signed by both parties ("Term") whereby SYCAB agrees to provide to STEP, and STEP agrees to provide to SYCAB, any information pertinent and available to the implementation to the Program like introduction of companies, preparation and implementation of missions in Canada and Syria and matchmaking process between Canadian and Syrian business communities. 2. Throughout the Term, SYCAB and STEP expect to invest sufficient amounts of time and money to support the validity and ultimate success of the Program and will fully participate and support and support the Program in a manner consistent with the way and procedures to be mutually determined by the parties.
